RPG Maker MV Tutorial Focus Energy Skill

How's it going everyone. In this special request RPGM MV tutorial I'll show you how to make a unique skill that adds a toggleable state that grants buffs but consumes MP each round. If the player runs out of MP the state disappears and if the player casts the skill while currently having the state it also goes away to stop the MP drain from happening.
