Rubik's Cube Tutorial for the LMCF Method (Low Movecount Corners First) by Eric Fattah This is a hybrid method combining Full EG (for 2x2), Waterman (for 3x3), as well as a new E2L substep, and gives a lower average move count than Roux or advanced CFOP. If you learn all the algorithms it can give average move counts of 42-46 and also 27-32 move singles once every 500 solves. This is NOT a beginner tutorial, I assume you already know how to solve the cube with another method. The full LMCF documentation can be found here: https://drive.google.com/open?id=0B2QnZ3uD6I8kNkpHSURSbzluc2s You can also find an advanced method for the last 7 edges (L7E) here: https://drive.google.com/open?id=0B2QnZ3uD6I8kbnRRM0sxSDhHbkk I am not a very fast solver (3-4 TPS), but even I still get frequent sub-10 singles with this method and for an expert those sub 10's would be sub 5's or sub 4's. The beginner version of this method has 26 algorithms and can still yield 12-15 second averages; the full method has hundreds of algorithms to achieve the lowest possible move count. The more algorithms you learn, the lower your average move count. See the documentation for full details. Follow the LMCF thread on SpeedSolving.com for lots of tips on learning the method: https://www.speedsolving.com/forum/threads/full-lmcf-3x3-method-now-available.63998/ These are the reconstructions of the example solves in the video: Solve 1 Scramble: L2 B2 U' F2 D2 R2 D B2 U F2 U' L' D' F' U2 R2 B2 L' R' D' U z x y2 R' U' R U R' // Blue face on bottom U' R' F R2 U' R2 F R // EG1 Pi case // transition phase starts!
