Ruffles Cake Tutorial | First Holy Communion Cake | Ombre Ruffles Tutorial

Ombre Ruffle Cakes have always been a hit ever since I can remember 💙 We've made so many different variations of the ruffle cakes for clients over the years. This cake in particular was for a client's First Holy Communion ✝️ This was a 6" and 8" cake. For the top tier we used printed edible sugar sheets. To make the ruffles I used 100% gumpaste. I had one shade of white and 4 shades of blue on the cake. Each colour/shade had two layers of ruffles. So 10 layers of ruffles in total.
