Ruleset Wizard Extension Tutorial Part 1

In this short(ish) series we are going to use the Ruleset Wizard for fantasy Grounds to create an Extension that adds extra functionality to the NPC record for Dungeons & Dragons 5E. This process will be very similar for any ruleset.
