The Ruminant T2T Consortium is an open collaborative effort that aims to generate complete (telomere-to-telomere) diploid assemblies across the suborder Ruminantia to examine chromosomal evolution in the context of natural selection and domestication. The session will highlight ongoing research from several of the project’s working groups.
