Deliver a true private-cloud experience on VMware Cloud Foundation 9. In this admin-centric demo, we start with the end outcome—a three-tier application that simultaneously consumes VM Service, VKS, Networking, Storage, Harbor, Secret Service, and Argo CD—and then unpack how it’s delivered, secured, and operated through a single, extensible, declarative API. We’ll ground the journey with a quick review of Supervisor architecture (including paravirtualization), and show how Supervisor enablement and independent lifecycle unlock new capabilities. You’ll see a high-level view how VCFA defines provider constructs (regions, orgs, VM classes, storage classes), how org admins curate artifacts with Content Hub, and how those settings surface as vSphere Namespaces for consistent multi-tenant guardrails. We’ll trace Operators/Controllers behind VM Service, walk through VKS and the new Secret Service end-to-end, wire in VCF CLI configuration, and finish by deploying and operating Argo CD to run a clean GitOps flow. You’ll leave with repeatable patterns for secure multi-tenancy, day-2 operations, and platform extensibility across VMs and Kubernetes.
