This was a pre-concert jam from a April 5, 1990 show in San Diego while waiting for Geddy Lee to arrive at the Sports Arena. Billy Sheehan is the bass player for Mr. Big (a band that opened up for Rush during the "Presto" and "Roll The Bones" tours back in 1990 and 1991).
