🌹Ruth🌹 ~10-Year-Old Bay Molly Mule ~15.3–16 Hands ~Sound | Broke, Gentle, and Trail-Savvy. Just about anyone can get along with her as long as you can steer, back one up, and stop them! This beautiful 10-year-old bay molly mule stands between 15.3 and 16 hands and has a solid resume both on the ranch and the trail. She’s been used to work some cattle, check fences and has seen countless miles of trails, including the rugged country around Eminence, Missouri. She handles all types of terrain with confidence—crossing water, logs, ditches, and mud with ease, and taking her time up and down the hills with a steady, sure-footed walk. We have also squirrel hunted off her and shot the .22 off her and that didn’t phase her. She has been ridden double as well and she didn’t mind that. She don’t have a whole lot of fancy buttons but She’s quiet, dependable, and easy to get along with—low in the pecking order and easy to catch anywhere you find her. She loads and unloads with no trouble, and stands like a pro for the farrier, baths, fly spray, and tacking up. We have used a crouper and a britchen on her. Currently shoed on all 4 as we just got back from Eminence. Good with dogs riding along with her. Traffic safe !! She’ll WTC with zero buck, bite, bolt, kick, or rear but prefers the slow life at a walk and trot. Definitely more whoa than go.
