My daughter had the pleasure of meeting Miley Cyrus at the E! Studios on 4/2/09 right after Miley finished her radio interview on Ryan's morning show.
(I forgot I had the camera on video record at the time. Hence the really bad quality. And the camera turn at the end. My daughter is the one in the light blue outfit. At the end Ryan throttles her. )
