Bigger picture: This song by Diamondis talks about sex in today's pop culture. The text used in the video was inspired by this article about the song and its meaning: http://2ferquarterly.org/2013/11/03/what-does-sex-yeah-really-say/ I started listening to this song again sometime last month, and felt inspired to edit with it. And since the song mentions sexuality throughout history, I tried to include footage from movie, tv shows, and whatnot from various periods of time. I know there's something from the 30s, 40s, 50s, 60s, 80s, 90s, and 2000s+ in there (not to mention the historical paintings). ==================================== This video was inspired by the videos of Yahya, Lightningdisastro, and Russel Del Rey. I love their videos, so I think I tried to mix their different styles together...but I don't know.
