SAFe integrates various methodologies such as Lean UX, Design Thinking, Scrum, and Kanban, making it a comprehensive project management methodology. Notably, SAFe introduces its own unique concept—the agile release train (ART), which comprises multiple cross-functional teams working towards a shared vision, goal, roadmap, and product backlog. Within the ART, roles such as product manager, system architect, business owner, and release train engineer are crucial for its success.
