Firstly, I would like to thank my one friend who helped so much with making this song. I was on the verge of scrapping it because I just didn’t know what to do with it, but my friend was willing to listen to the same song with slight variations over and over again, providing some of the most helpful feedback anyone has ever given me, and I actually got the song to a state where I felt comfortable uploading it. They are actually the one who got to name the song as well. Sagacious, according to my friend, is an adverb that describes the shift as having keen mental discernment or good judgement. Definitely fits the wizard-y feel of the overall song. Also, I used the mod channel again, except this time I actually “used it”. Last time I used it in ONE place to make a bar half the length of a full one (by changing the tempo by 2x), but this time I even messed with the filter cut (idek what that does), and used it in multiple places. Genuinely a very useful tool. Also, also, it’s nice to finally be posting something again. It feels like it’s been forever. I have been going through it with school work recently, and every other weekend was something new to keep me busy, so I just never had time to work on music. Now that things are starting to tone down, I can hopefully work on more music, but my main focus right now is grades, so if you don’t hear from me for a while, why not check out some of my other stuff. Anyways, thanks for actually making it to the end of this. Believe it or not, I really am a human typing this all out, and not an ai, so it’s nice not seeing my hard work go to waste.
