ŚAMBHU—benign, benevolent, auspicious, helpful, granting or causing happiness; doer of good. ŚAṄKARA—beneficent, auspi- cious, causing prosperity; bestower of good, giver of joy. SADĀ ŚIVA—eternal Shiva. CHANDRAKĀLADHARA—the bearer of the crescent moon. HARA—the Remover, the Destroyer. GAṄGĀ- DHARA—the bearer of the sacred river Ganges. PĀRVATĪ—con- sort of Shiva. RĀMAṆA—delights in. PARAMEŚVARA—Shiva, the supreme Lord. PĀRTHI PURISA—Lord of Parthi Puri, Lord of the World. PRABHU—lord, ruler. ŚRĪ—eminent one, venerable one; title denoting sacredness.
