Sample/Cover Compilation: Madonna (Update)

Several new covers and samples have been added although still not all of them, including requests from users. I was considering of added the word like "Update" on the thumbnail with a number depending on which edition it is starting from Update 2 although at the same time i think it's unnecessary, but i'll also leave it out to someone else's opinion
