Sawing cherry logs the WRONG way!

Today we are sawing some cherry logs. Normally we saw cherry logs and cut the heart out of them since the heart is usually not good for boards, however this customer is aware of this and requested we still cut through it to maximize the amount of board feet we get from each log.
