Sawtooth Stack - Dual Envelope Cycle

The Sawtooth Stack has two, AR envelopes with a normaling scheme behind the panel. Envelope 1 is normaled to the richness control, while envelope two is normaled to the output VCA amplitude control. In this patch, we cascade the envelopes, or in other words, have the end pulses of the envelopes triggering the other. Modulation from the Voltage Multistage was sent to the fall CV to add some movement to the cycling envelopes.
