Double Unders!!
I’m not sure there is really much ‘training’ I can offer on how to, other than jump and swing the rope really fast. When I first started doing these 6 years ago, my coach gave me a wire jump rope that cut deep if I screwed it up...which is exactly how I learn fast...but not recommended unless you like pain 😂⛓
