It features an interview with Robin Rimbaud (Scanner) talking about his approach and methodology at the time, where his body of work was focusing on the indiscriminate signals found in the airwaves, which he utilised within his ambient work.
He also speaks about his productions for Jean Cocteau's The Human Voice for BBC radio, his tributes to filmmaker Derek Jarman and German composer Karlheinz Stockhausen, and his collaboration with Laurie Anderson at Meltdown in London.
