This performer-training workshop leaded by Richard Schechner features the rasaboxes exercise devised by him.
In this video, Schechner himself talks about the principles of this workshop and quote the eight (or nine) rasas of Sanskrit/Indian performance theory: abhuta (surprise, wonder), sringara (love, eros), bhayanaka (fear, horror), bibhasta (disgust, revulsion), vira (courage, the heroic), haysa (laughter, the comic), karuna (sadness, compassion), raudra (rage, destriction), and santa (peace, bliss) while workshop participants move within the boxes, jumping from one emotional state to other and at times engaging interactively.
