This video provides an overview of the different case files associated with the SchedulePro Solid Dosage example. Although this example is based on processes that produce pharmaceutical tablets and capsules, the concepts that are described here are also applicable to many other types of processes and industries.
The case files for this example cover concepts such as: use of SKUs, facility downtime, tracking of staff/labor, use of IBCs for intermediate storage, production on multiple equipment lines, cleaning and changeovers between campaigns (including use of changeover matrices), production “order templates”, campaign projects based on those order templates, use of storage units to track inventory, and long-term material planning.
