Owner Management - This system allows the user to manage the owner and their specific vehicle. 3. Main Features - The system can detect plate numbers and recognize their text. This text will then be processed by Python (OpenCV). Based on the data gathered by OpenCV, it will look for the owner's data and display it on the web version of the system. 4.
