This Scotsman ice machine has a bad fan cycle switch. The fan cycle switch is supposed to turn the condenser fan motor on and off as needed but wasn’t working properly. After troubleshooting the problem it was pretty obvious that the fan needed to be replaced. This video simply shows how to determine if the fan cycle switch is bad or the fan motor is bad.
