Tracking and replacing screens has been a common ask of VFX artists for years, and will likely only become more common.
This video demonstrates the basic technique of tracking a screen using Mocha for After Effects, then applying the track data to a new screen layer.
There are a few tricks involved, the trickiest of which is probably stretching the phone screen layer to match the frame size.
