The plaintiff says he’s an honest person who is suing the defendant, a dishonest person, for money he loaned him. The defendant says the plaintiff keeps insisting he’s owed money, but he has no recollection of owing him anything. He says he’s known the plaintiff since he was a kid, and this lawsuit is simply harassment on the plaintiff’s part.
