Will you live inside someone else’s script, or write the script of your own life yourself? There’s no right answer. You only live once, and how you choose to live is ultimately up to you. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 《Script.》 Before the lights begin to glow. I'm already standing at the edge of the show . The lines are written on someone else's page . But I'm told to say them just the same. The applause sounds like it's all prearranged. Even silence has its place. I follow every mark, every step in line. But I feel like I'm replaying someone else's life. If I step outside this line. Will I lose everything that's mine? Do I live inside someone else's script. Or write out a story that I choose to live? Mess it up, let it fall apart. At least it was written by my own heart. If no one knows how the ending goes. Then maybe unknown is better to hold. In this one-time show we call a life. I don't wanna just recite the lines. They all say this is the safest way. The only path that keeps the cracks away. But inside this perfect frame I stay. I can't even recognize my face. Every step is perfectly aligned. But something's missing deep inside. If even tears have to be rehearsed. Then is this heartbeat real or just rehearsed? If I choose to change my way. Am I turning my back on what they say? Do I live inside someone else's script. Or write out a story that I choose to live? Stumble, fall, or lose my way. At least the direction is mine to take. If this world has no right or wrong. Then I'll be the one to write along. In this one-time show we call a life. I wanna feel it, not just get by. Maybe no one's really the bad guy. No one truly loses or denies. We're all just holding onto a pen. Trying to draw our own world within. No more living someone else's script. I'm rewriting every part of it. Imperfect, unsure, undefined. That's the proof that this life is mine. If the end is just a fleeting scene. Then the journey's what it means. In this one-time show we call a life. I choose to play the role that's mine. The lights will slowly fade away. And the applause will drift astray. But before the curtain finally falls . I wrote a page that's truly mine.
