sdmTMB is an R package that fits spatial and spatiotemporal predictive-process GLMMs (Generalized Linear Mixed Effects Models) using Template Model Builder (TMB), R-INLA, and Gaussian Markov random fields. One common application is for species distribution models (SDMs).
