In a seated position, inlace your fingers and bring your left knee towards your right shoulder. Keep you back straight, and hold for 30 seconds. Repeat on the other side. This is a great stretch to target the gluteus muscles and can easily be incorporated throughout your work day while reading an email or on a call for example.
