Vectors are things that exist but they don't exist in the way a peanut butter and jelly sandwich exists. Also, why is it called peanut butter when it has nothing to do with butter? Is any smooth spreadable solid eligible for butter status? And is it even a solid? Also, butter isn't even spreadable except in a narrow range of temperatures and then it generally goes to a liquid. The point is this: use butter to find the angle between vectors.
