YOUR CHALLENGE Set Sharing Rules for Training Coordinator and Projects Project custom object records should only be seen by the owner of the record and users above the owner on the role hierarchy. However, for some Project records, the Training Coordinator must also have Read Only visibility to the Project record. Create a custom picklist field on the Project object called “Priority” with the following values: High, Medium, and Low. Then create a criteria-based Sharing Rule for Project records where the Priority = High to share those records with the Training Coordinator role. Need Help? Review common issues. Get help on the challenges for this specific module. Before You Start Create the Project custom object as defined in the Control Access to Records unit. Create the Training Coordinator role as defined in the Create a Role Hierarchy unit. If you've never created a custom picklist field before, complete the Data Modeling module. Challenge Requirements Create a custom field on the Project object: Field Type: Picklist Field Label: Priority Values (each value separated by a new line): High Medium Low Make the field visible to all profiles and add it to all Project page layouts. Create a sharing rule for the Project object: Label and Rule Name can be anything you choose The rule should provide access if Priority = High The rule should provide access to the Training Coordinator role Access should be Read Only Don't set the organization-wide defaults for Project to "Public Read/Write" Like and Subscribe!!!!
