Selective Flux Systems

The Selective Flux Systems are high speed, high accuracy platforms for automated selective fluxing of printed circuit boards. The Hentec / RPS Selective Flux Systems are available in 18 x 18" ( 450 x 450mm) and 24" x 24" (600 x 600mm) native flux range, each with full SMEMA up and downstream integration for PCB auto load and unload. Flux is delivered via a traveling flux nozzle moving beneath the PCB at speeds in excess of 8 inches per second (200mm per second). The robotic system utilizes precise, fast and reliable closed-loop servo motion control for X and Y axes. A pneumatic Z axis provided vertical control. A high durability stainless steel spray flux nozzle is standard for unlimited flux type dispensing and wide coverage. Optional high precision drop jet flux nozzles and multi-nozzle and multi-chemistry configurations are available. Hentec / RPS CamConductor™ enables quick offline programming using JPEG or gerber files. An unlimited number of programs can be stored on the included laptop PC. Hentec / RPS technicians are IPC certified and perform all North American installations; installations in the USA are at no charge to RPS customers.
