Finished project @28:17
A good friend of mine was building a high-end home to sell in the DC area and asked me if I could make a few things, one of them being a window for the downstairs bar. It had to be self opening, trackless, lockable, seal directly on the counter top, and I had to use a 60lb+ window sash with a slim frame from the manufacturer. It was not an easy challenge. The tolerances had to be as low as possible to keep everything sealed and it from binding. In the end though, it turned out pretty nice.
I also made him some 3 sided beams for the ceiling, a fireplace mantle, and a bench for the mud room upstairs (videos coming)
Thanks for watching!
