Semblex OptiCalc™ Optimization Program

Semblex OptiCalc™ is an optimization program developed to aid designers and manufacturers in selection of the appropriate Flow Drill Screw (FDS) and FDS drive machine parameters for their specific applications. Semblex OptiCalc™ has two primary uses. First, it can be used as an optimizer. A user can simply select their desired materials and process constraints, and the optimizer tool will find the ideal process parameters to meet the given constraints. Second, it can be used a predictive tool. The user manually enters their desired process and material parameters, and the Semblex OptiCalc™ program will predict the process performance.
