After disassembly and the use of 4 tools and several fingers tangled in the mechanics of the machine, I was able to get the belt back on the flywheel and the motor. Grabbing an old commercial reel of tape I like Thomas Edison yelled for Mr. Watson but he wasn't around (you're thinking of his cousin Alexander). So this is the result. BTW is a tube amplifier.
