seqr: Project page and phenotype entry
The project page is the main landing page for each project in seqr and includes the ability to track a large amount of sample data for project management. This tutorial will provide an overview of the project page, including where to find information like the number of individuals in a project and the case analysis status. It will also demonstrate how to enter phenotypic information for your cases.
