Sequence Design Introduction
This video explains principles for predicting a protein sequence that will fold into a particular structure. Nick describes the opportunities for structural homologies and degeneracy of nature, i.e. many different sequences can produce similar structures. Nick expands on sequence design metrics, output evaluation practices, and common applications.
