In this video, I solve a pneumatic sequential control problem with two cylinders—Cylinder A and Cylinder B—following the sequence:
A+ → B+ → B- → A-
Instead of using an idle return roller, I implemented the Cascading Method to eliminate signal conflicts and ensure reliable operation. This method helps manage complex sequences by dividing the control process into separate stages.
I also present a complete FluidSIM simulation to clearly demonstrate how the cascading circuit works and how each stage controls the cylinder movements.
