Sequential MFA for Secure Document Access | PBL Project Review 02
This video presents our Project-Based Learning (PBL) Review 02 on "Secure Access Control and Document Management System using Sequential Multi-Factor Authentication" In this phase, we enhanced our system from basic MFA to a multi-layered, sequential authentication model, ensuring stronger protection against modern security threats. 🔐 Key Highlights: • Implementation of a Sequential MFA Queue for dynamic authentication flow • Integration of multiple authentication layers (OTP, CAPTCHA, PIN, Voice, TOTP, Passkey) • Secure Email OTP system with hashing and expiry controls • Voice Biometric Authentication using Web Speech API • TOTP-based verification using authenticator apps • Passkey (WebAuthn) authentication for biometric login • Development of a Secure Document Vault with protected access • Admin Dashboard with Audit Logs for monitoring user activity • Detection of unusual login attempts using IP and device tracking 🛠️ Technologies Used: • Django (Backend Framework) • Python (Core Logic) • SQLlite • HTML, CSS, JavaScript (Frontend) • PyOTP (TOTP Authentication) • WebAuthn (Passkey Authentication) • Web Speech API (Voice Recognition) 👩💻 Team Members: • Annapurna S K • Chandana A P • Kousthubha S V • Prarthana K M • Priyanka P 🎓 Guided by: Ms. Latha K B (Assistant Professor)
