I've been having a lot of fun with the Pro 3 lately, designing complex arpeggio patches that combine the arp with gated sequencer to create complex motion. Also, using the paraphonic mode with arp for classic MonoPoly type of patches. I've got almost an entire bank of patches created for complex arps and paraphonic motion patches.
