Moderated by Dr. Anthony D'Urzo, The Ontario Primary Care Series is brought to you by the Lung Health Foundation and supported by a grant from AstraZeneca.
This unique series follows a person who develops chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), from early to the end-stage of the disease. Each session includes a vignette of a patient/practitioner interaction, a group discussion of what optimal care looks like and a brief presentation from a leading expert in care sharing their experiences and successes along the way.
This Group Learning program has been reviewed by the College of Family Physicians of Canada and is awaiting final certification by the College’s Ontario Chapter.
