Set up TEAMS Optimization Inside the Windows 365 Cloud PC
In this 10ZiG How-To video, we show you how to set up Microsoft Teams to run in optimized mode, inside the Windows 365 “Cloud PC”, where the audio and video are being redirected to the 10ZiG 6010q Client Endpoint instead of through the VDI. We make a Teams call running in standard non-optimized mode, and then we optimize Teams inside the Virtual CloudPC and demonstrate a second call. During both calls, we look at what’s happening on both the 10ZiG 6010q Endpoint and the CloudPC with regards to performance. We look at performance inside the Task Manager and explain where the video and audio are being redirected. The Media Optimization for Microsoft Teams redirects audio calls, video calls, and the viewing desktop for a seamless experience between the Client system and the remote session, without negatively affecting the virtual infrastructure and overloading the network.
