(Level:ALL who wears mascara) For my K-Tip for the Month of January, I mentioned that it seems no one SETS their mascara. After all, mascara is a cream, and rule of thumb in makeup is any cream needs to be set with powder. It doesn't take that much longer to set your mascara, 10 seconds or less. It takes more effort and time to complain and rant on how one's mascara smears and raccoons all the time. So I hope this video helps. EnJoy!
