Trivecta doesn't want you to know how to make this sound! While this is a clickbaity title admittedly, it's true - he showed how to make only part of this sound on a Twitch stream once. Here's the full tutorial, including the missing bits. This is also of course a sound that many other artists have used (Nurko, MitiS, Illenium, Crystal Skies, Last Heroes, and even Au5.) I'd go so far as to say that it's a signature sound for many Ophelia Records releases.
