History of Presenting Illness: 63 year old gentleman with L greater than R LE lifestyle limiting claudication that has progressed to ischemic rest pain (Rutherford Classification Grade II, Category 4) despite maximal conservative therapy (12 week exercise program). Left ankle ulcer developed over the last 1 month Medical History: PMH: HTN, HLD, CAD s/p multiple PCIs PAD Hx: 2012 L distal SFA Everflex 6.0 x 80 stent 2023 R prox to distal SFA stenting, R prox popliteal DCB, and R prox AT stenting Social: Quit tobacco 2018(20 pk yr). Denies alcohol or other drug use Medications: aspirin, atorvastatin, clopidogrel, metoprolol succinate
