The title is a play on words for Bass Cannon. Ringing as in noise, and Bertha as in Big Bertha, the cannon. Whoopty doo.

Letterbox makes everything look good. It's funny that this is a minute long and features way less animation than i'd like it too. Oh well, it looks good and I think it does its job just fine as a trailer for a film that doesn't exist.
