It's old tech but someone brought this up on twitter recently so I think it's a good time to talk about this. This is kind of the next step after you learn delay tech OS (which I mentioned in this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QR-PaON83FU), the most important thing to learn on SFV defensive options is to eliminate the immediate 50/50 attack or throw and make it more difficult for your opponent to time their attack. You might notice that you can get away from a lot of stuff by delay your timing. Hope this video help improving your defense!
