This is a tutorial showing you the sgraffito process. Sgraffito is a technique done on leatherhard clay that is very similar to drawing on scratchboard. You carve through underglaze to reveal the color of the clay underneath in line form. This video describes the step-by-step process as well as what tools are needed.
