I've been wanting to build a really good drive unit, for a shaker table, for quite a while. This winter the plan finally came together, and over several weeks of drawing, and building, with many mods along the way, it finally came together. I hope my explanation of how it works is adequate. I may do a followup video with a more detailed explanation, of how the geometry effects the stroke speed at various points of each rotation.
