Shepparton Recycling

Actually want to get the ball rolling with the Shepparton footage so I reckon we continue on with Recycling. Last year we made a visit down to Greater Shepparton City Council to check out their bins and trucks, I wasn't gonna leave without some solid footage of course. First truck we sussed out was this 29m GenV Recycler Iveco Acco handling it's first few streets of the day. In the new Shepparton contract which commenced in late 2015 is all made up of Acco's but its the variety of different body sizes which make up this interesting fleet, majority of the fleet but is made up of Single Axles but. One thing I love about this contract is the Blue Bodies and Yellow Lidded bins that they use for Recycle which I think is just awesome, really stands out from the rest but also suits the council but nowadays the new colours are Black Bodies with Yellow lids really weird though how the signage portrays the original colours o_O. We also see a Mini Garbage GenV doing it's thing on Garbage in the first clip but interestingly doesn't feature it's signage which is the reason why I didn't opt to get a video of it but I returned recently and filmed a Little GenV with its proper Garbage signage. One thing that I get really bothered about is not getting the former contract on film! Honestly would of loved to check out some of the former Yellow 07 Trucks that ran in the contract along with the other little treats they had running in between. Even though I was told to get down there back in 2015 and now I think back and should of went...
