Actions and analyses at this level are largely subconscious. Even though we are usually aware of our actions, we are often unaware of the details. When we speak, we often do not know what we are about to say until our conscious mind (the reflective part of the mind) hears ourselves uttering the words. When we play a sport, we are prepared for action, but our responses occur far too quickly for conscious control: it is the behavioral level that takes control.” Norman, Donald A.. The Design of Everyday Things (p. 51). Basic Books. Kindle Edition. “When we perform a well-learned action, all we have to do is think of the goal and the behavioral level handles all the details: the conscious mind has little or no awareness beyond creating the desire to act. It’s actually interesting to keep trying it. Move the left hand, then the right. Stick out your tongue, or open your mouth. What did you do? You don’t know. All you know is that you “willed” the action and the correct thing happened.” Norman, Donald A.. The Design of Everyday Things (pp. 51-52). Basic Books. Kindle Edition. “Behavioral states are learned. They give rise to a feeling of control when there is good understanding and knowledge of results, and frustration and anger when things do not go as planned, and especially when neither the reason nor the possible remedies are known. Feedback provides reassurance, even when it indicates a negative result. A lack of feedback creates a feeling of lack of control, which can be unsettling.” Norman, Donald A.. The Design of Everyday Things (p. 52). Basic Books. Kindle Edition. Basically this sub makes it so that you don’t even consciously think about shifting or how to shift, you just “will” it and it happens. Shifting becomes an unconscious process, a learned skill that you know how to do so well that the behavioral level of processing just handles everything, kind of like how when you pick up a cup, you don’t think about all the details, you just have the intention to do it and it happens. Similar to an athlete performing a task, shifting will become like muscle memory, something you instinctively can and know how to do. This sort of "skips ahead" to the stage where you're already a well experienced shifter and can shift with ease, even if you have never shifted before. Make sure you actually want this before listening. If you're someone who enjoys the learning process of shifting and trying different methods out, I would not recommend this to you. If you're like me and you're hella lazy and just can't be bothered to do a method or are too busy to do a meditation or listen to rlly long subs every night, this might be a good fit. tags: shifting shifting realities shift easily reality shifting shiftingsubliminal subliminal angel's egg mindset subliminal shifting mindset
