Should you join a startup or FAANG? (as a Software Engineer)

Every software engineer has dreamt about joining a company like Google or Facebook. But, is it worth considering a start up, specially if you have to decide between one or the other? #startup #faang #softwareengineer In this video, I talk about my experiences working for both startups and big tech. The first 8 years of my career were in a startup, and now, I am currently a software engineer at Facebook. It's immensely hard to say "no" to joining a big tech company given the opportunity. After all, it comes with a certain prestige and you are guaranteed a huge salary. However, you might be letting go of a huge opportunity to be a part of a company from the ground up. Either way, I don't think there's a bad decision.
